Fonseca's repainted the interior of our house, replaced the cabinet and drawer fronts, and installed new cabinetry hardware. They also replaced ceiling fans and bathroom light fixtures. Alberto Fonseca is a perfectionist, and he has a positive, can-do attitude. Once the job was completed everything was cleaned up and put back in order. Alberto is one of the best contractors I’ve ever dealt with. It’s been my experience that good relationships with contractors starts with personality and professionalism, but it only stays that way through skill, knowledge, and quality work. Over the years since he painted our house, my wife and I have a great relationship with Alberto for all those reasons. They took time to prep the house with pressure washing and having their carpenter fix any damaged spots of wood.
